📋 Description

• You identify recurring marketing tasks and develop automated workflows for them (e.g., in HubSpot, with no-code tools, or AI agents). • You document existing processes and provide recommendations on how they can be automated, simplified, or scaled. • You assist in building automated campaign triggers, lead-scoring, and segmentation logic. • You test new AI tools for content creation, personalization, and data enrichment and evaluate their practical value for us. • You contribute to traditional marketing tasks (e.g., supporting campaigns, trade shows, and events) when capacity is needed.

🎯 Requirements

• You are enrolled in a university degree program, e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a comparable field of study. • You have a genuine interest in AI tools, automation, and making processes smarter. • Initial experience with automation or no-code tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier/Make, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) is a plus but not required. • You are interested in marketing and eager to understand how campaigns, content, and lead management work. • You work independently, reliably, and actively contribute your own ideas rather than just executing tasks. • You are a native-level German speaker and have good English skills.
