• Support the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads. • Communicate effectively with prospective clients to explain products and services. • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals. • Provide administrative support to the sales department. • Update and maintain customer data in the company’s CRM. • Learn to use sales and communication tools effectively (such as email, phone, Zoom, and Google Workspace). • Work closely with team members to learn about sales strategies and techniques. • Perform market research to find new business opportunities.
