📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS and occasionally Python. • Collaborate with other team members on best practices for efficient and sustainable engineering, focusing on achieving a balance between aesthetics, scalability, and performance. • Provide and receive technical feedback through pair programming and code reviews. • Collaborate closely with design, product, and leadership teams to anticipate future needs and align our technology roadmap with long-term goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of developing highly performant and scalable web applications • Proficiency with agentic workflows and AI-driven automation • High level of proficiency in React, Next.js, Typescript, GraphQL and REST APIs • Understanding of backend development using Python • Experience with AWS • Experience working with sophisticated application state, e.g. Apollo Client, Redux • Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for Python applications • Proven track record in high-performance teams • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Familiarity with security best practices in web development.
