📋 Description

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports summarising performance, including revenue by channel • Access affiliate program dashboards to extract relevant data such as clicks, conversions, commissions, and other key performance indicators • Manage and maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with established accounting standards • Reconcile revenue data with invoices, affiliate dashboards, and internal records; resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy • Prepare and post revenue-related journals in NetSuite • Assist in creating financial reports for management, providing insights into the company’s performance and presenting actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making • Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices • Assist in internal and external audits by providing financial documentation, explanations, and support as needed • Collaborate with colleagues across finance, operations, and other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure reporting accuracy • Support the business with revenue-related items as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred) • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and finance roles, with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data reconciliation • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive process improvements • Strong understanding of revenue models in affiliate marketing (Desirable) • Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software and its modules, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation functions (Desirable)
