📋 Description

• Set up, manage and optimize paid search campaigns • Support the SEM team in various tasks, analyses and reporting • Work closely with the wider paid search team to grow online presence and conversions • Ensure campaigns deliver positive ROI to achieve desired results • Manage multiple accounts • Maintain and monitor bidding strategies, targeting settings, budgets, search terms and other important account metrics • Manage the creation of large keyword lists • Implement creative copy suggestions • Define campaign budgets and align campaign goals • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and targeting opportunities • Keep up to date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments • Utilize data driven analysis insights and identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 1+ years of experience in Performance marketing, creating, managing and executing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing ads • Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation • Google/Bing ads certification, a plus • Strong analytical skills • Ability to think creatively • Excellent attention to detail • Strong relationship building skills • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative paid search strategies • Ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale paid search accounts • Skills in campaign performance analysis and digital traffic metrics • Experience working with paid search tools to analyze and audit performance such as SEM Rush, Google search console • Proven experience in using smart bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, maximize conversion, maximize conversion value)
