📋 Description

• This is a remote position • The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and verifying the accuracy of the general ledger • Preparing financial statements • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations • Strong candidate will have experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and a passion for improving processes through technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred • 2 - 4 years of professional accounting experience • Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting standards • Ability to improve upon existing processes • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
