📋 Description

• Lead pricing, product development support, and profitability management of the company’s annuity product portfolio • Provide strategic direction on pricing assumptions, product design, risk management, and capital optimization • Ensure compliance with actuarial standards of practice and internal controls • Present pricing recommendations to senior leadership and product committees • Manage reinsurance RFPs and ensure compliance with the terms of reinsurance treaties • Set best estimate assumptions for various factors including mortality and investment returns • Assess capital impacts under statutory and RBC frameworks • Support asset-liability management and reinsurance optimization • Lead a team of pricing actuaries and analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Actuarial Science or Mathematics or equivalent • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) • Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) designation • 10+ years of actuarial experience with significant experience in annuity pricing • Advanced proficiency in actuarial modeling tools (e.g. MG-ALFA, AXIS, or similar) • Deep knowledge of fixed and fixed indexed annuity products • Familiarity with hedging programs for fixed indexed annuities
