📋 Description

• Collaborate across the FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle, and ACH product lines to support end-to-end delivery of payments solutions • Support the build of future products, including Zelle, Fedwire, and ACH gateways • Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to translate product vision into actionable requirements • Act as a subject matter expert on Form3’s full US payments product suite for internal teams and external stakeholders • Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, create functional features and non-functional specifications, and analyse data • Develop a high-level understanding of the US product line and underlying platform architecture to inform decision-making and prioritisation

🎯 Requirements

• Over 3 years experience in a Product Owner (Business Analyst) role • Experience working on US payment gateway products such as FedNow, RTP, ACH, Fedwire, or Zelle, with in-depth knowledge of how these schemes work • Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and create functional features and non-functional specifications • Technical experience working with API and/or cloud-based product offerings • Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders • Understanding of the full product development lifecycle • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly within Engineering • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Previous experience working on Zelle products is desirable • Experience in an external-facing role partnering with customers or clients is desirable
