FORMEL SKIN is a tele-dermatology and personalized skincare company that offers doctor-prescribed, evidence-backed topical treatments and subscription skincare kits tailored to individual skin concerns such as acne, rosacea, melasma and signs of aging. Customers complete an online skin analysis (photo-based), receive a diagnosis and a customized 2-month treatment plan from licensed dermatologists, and get their tailored product set shipped to their home with ongoing medical oversight via chat and monthly check-ins. The service combines online consultation, eCommerce delivery, and clinically focused skincare with satisfaction guarantees.

📋 Description

• Specialized medical care: You will treat our patients via telemedicine consultations with a particular focus on skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, melasma and perioral dermatitis. • Individualized, evidence-based therapies: You will develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medicinal formulations tailored to each patient. • Ongoing therapy support: You will provide continuous monitoring and adjustment of therapies to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Broader perspective: You will have the opportunity to gain insight into business operations and, if desired, actively participate in projects within our start-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid medical license (Approbation) to practice in Germany • Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing the best possible support to patients • Motivation to rethink medicine and actively shape telemedical care • Enjoyment of challenges and teamwork — including in digital environments • Excellent German language skills (C2 or native level) • Availability of at least 30 hours per week (full-time preferred) • Experience in a specialty treating chronic or lifestyle-associated conditions is a plus but not required
