• With general supervision, provides project management for the development of new application, product launch testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results. • Works with targeted and established customers to identify technical specifications required for Formerra customers. • Responsible for internal training of sales associates, furthering their knowledge and understanding of polymers, processing, and design. • Provide training to Formerra customers, OEM’s, and industry events as needed on materials, processing, design, and other industry related topics as needed. • Incorporates Formerra products and services into customer applications across multiple business units. • Work with suppliers to understand and convey OEM material / market needs. • Documentation and preparation of product specifications incorporating Formerra products and services into customer applications. • Manages successful resolution of customer complaints/issues. • Initiates process improvement efforts at key customers • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Chemical Engineering, Plastics or Polymer Engineering, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years completing technical writing, customer support, research, and project management • Complex problem thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions. • Technical aptitude. • Broad knowledge of solutions, materials and processing. • Self-motivated and team player. • Strong organizational skills required. • Position will require up to 75% travel.
