📋 Description

• Support the Silicon Photonics Wafer Probe System product • Install and commission probers and accessories, including final acceptance • Independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites in the EMEA service area • Prepare commissioning protocols and acceptance reports • Provide technical training and instruction to customers • Troubleshoot and repair probers through remote/telephone support and at customer sites • Process and document work orders and service calls according to FormFactor guidelines • Collaborate with other FormFactor departments to support continuous product improvement • Participate regularly in qualification measures • Follow health and safety requirements internally and during customer service calls

🎯 Requirements

• Engineer or technician in electrical engineering, automation technology or similar • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work • Ideally, experience in Silicon Photonics and/or semiconductor test • Detail-oriented work and strong problem-solving skills • Accuracy, punctuality, good team and interpersonal skills • Good communication skills in German and English, verbally and in writing • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications • Valid driving license • Willingness to travel • Adherence to health and safety requirements
