• Consultatively work with clients to define and document requirements for their implementations. • Lead customer implementation efforts to meet customer defined requirements. • Drive the successful completion of backend configurations, end user configurations, and testing required for each implementation. • Identify and troubleshoot potential risks or challenges within the implementation, escalating to the Director, Implementations as needed. • Effectively manage verbal and written communications with clients, internal and external stakeholders surrounding the implementation of Liaison products. • Help clients to understand existing product features and collaborate with them on how to use the platform to meet their strategic goals. • Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner. • Identify and execute upon opportunities to improve the Implementation Team’s processes, tools, and documentation. • Perform some on-site client work, including the ability to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • 2+ years’ experience with the using or administering a CRM • Proven success configuring clients on a Client Success or Implementation team within a SaaS company • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. • Able to multi-task and manage shifting priorities on tight deadlines. • Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team in a fun, fast-paced work environment. • Experience working in a higher education environment a plus.
