⢠Strong experience in digital acquisition for DTC, e-commerce or premium consumer brands ⢠Experience launching or scaling DTC brands ⢠Familiarity with physical products and e-commerce ⢠Experience with premium or high-consideration purchases ⢠Proficient in paid acquisition, especially Meta and Google ⢠Knowledge of CRM, email flows and lead generation ⢠Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce environments ⢠Skills in funnel analysis and conversion optimisation ⢠Experience in creative testing and performance storytelling ⢠Comfort working directly with founders or small senior teams ⢠Ability to connect brand, business, creativity and data ⢠Comfortable discussing CAC, ROAS, margins, conversion rate, creative angles, brand positioning, customer journey, acquisition budget, testing methodology
