📋 Description

• Own the product backlog: write and refine user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. • Translate complex platform needs into clear, actionable development work. • Prioritize features and improvements based on user value, technical feasibility, and business impact. • Play a pivotal role in enabling the distribution of Agentic AI capabilities across all products via the central platform. • Collaborate with AI, security, and product stakeholders to support agent-based interactions while maintaining compliance, observability, and control. • Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with organizational goals. • Conduct stakeholder and customer interviews to gather feedback and inform roadmap decisions. • Work with UX teams to turn insights into high-quality mockups and user flows. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, iterative improvements. • Work closely with the central UX team to ensure seamless, consistent, and intuitive experiences. • Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and other product owners. • The platform is built using .NET Core and React (JavaScript), with a PostgreSQL backend.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a software platform or infrastructure context. • Demonstrated ability to organize complex technical workstreams across multiple teams. • Experience working with engineering teams on API-centric or service-oriented architectures. • Strong understanding of access control, identity management, or other security-centric product areas. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Prior involvement in platforms supporting AI agents or machine-to-machine workflows. • Familiarity with containerized software environments and modern DevOps tooling. • Experience with PostgreSQL, OpenTelemetry, and observability best practices. • Proficiency in other languages such as French, German, Spanish, Polish, Danish, or Swedish. • Experience in B2B or enterprise software environments.
