📋 Description

• Manage incoming call queues and provide professional, empathetic service to customers during high-stress situations • Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal platforms • Accurately enter and update assignments, notes, and scheduling details across multiple systems • Track job status and ensure timely updates, including inspection schedules and completion milestones • Proactively follow up on assignments, including addressing delays, rejections, or missing information before they become problems • Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teammates throughout each job • Maintain detailed, organized documentation so everyone on the team has the visibility they need • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and flag them for improvement • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business

🎯 Requirements

• Required: • ▪ High school diploma or equivalent • ▪ 1 or more years of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience • ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills • ▪ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation • ▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • ▪ Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms at the same time • Preferred: • ▪ Experience in restoration, insurance claims, dispatch, or call center operations • ▪ Familiarity with CRM or job management platforms • ▪ Experience handling escalations or service recovery situations
