📋 Description

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606) and company policies. • Support the month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue. • Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in dedicated locations, in coordination with external and internal partners. • Manage invoicing and accounting activities for multiple international entities, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and statutory requirements. • Maintain accurate financial records and support audit processes. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in mobile gaming revenue. • Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) in a free-to-play gaming environment. • 5 years+ of accounting experience. • Advanced understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP). • Fundamental understanding and familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). • Experience with accounting and reporting software such as Workday, Adaptive Insights, SAP Ariba, and Looker. • Strong attention to detail and understanding of processes and policies. • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to identify multiple paths to achieve outcomes. • Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets. • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. • A CPA or Chartered Accountant is preferred but not essential. • Exposure to royalty accounting is a plus.
