📋 Description

• Execute installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT), maintenance, and repair activities on assigned equipment • Plan and coordinate field service activities in collaboration with OEM and utility customers • Deliver on-site customer training and technical support • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal system downtime • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in compliance with company standards • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support service growth • Identify and communicate commercial opportunities to Sales teams • Provide customer feedback to Engineering, Quality, and Commercial functions • Manage local spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements • Actively develop technical knowledge and stay current with product and industry advancements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience) • Strong electromechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability • Experience within the utilities, power, or electrical engineering industry • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Valid driver’s license • UK BESC, VCA VOL and/or BA4/BA5 certifications (e.g., Vinçotte, ELIA, ENGIE) H&S certifications • GWO offshore certification – advantageous
