📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership in the solution and implementation design of Intelex AI features during the entire customer cycle. • Work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, product, and services teams, to ensure technology solutions are scalable. • Design and implement robust AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks that integrate with existing systems. • Develop and maintain an AI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Collaborate actively with teams to translate business needs into actionable AI development plans across multiple development groups.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading the AI/Machine Learning development lifecycle from conception to delivery. • 3+ years of experience a leadership role guiding AI strategy and implementation. • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Scrum development methodology and in leading Agile Scrum development teams. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. • Master’s Degree and/or vendor certifications (such as Microsoft Certified Professional) valued.
