âą Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams âą Gather, analyze, and document business requirements âą Partner closely with development teams to implement enhancements âą Support and optimize Salesforce CRM and Experience Cloud âą Drive continuous improvement of existing processes âą Facilitate conversations with stakeholders
đŻ Requirements
âą 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce (CRM and/or Experience Cloud) âą Proven ability to support and enhance business applications in a cross-functional environment âą Experience working with system integrations âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills âą Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams âą Excellent communication skills
