📋 Description

‱ Coordinate and execute marketing projects in partnership with Product Marketing Managers and Specialists ‱ Translate business needs into clear, actionable work (e.g., website updates, collateral revisions, campaign assets) ‱ Manage web content updates by collaborating with Digital teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery ‱ Coordinate updates to marketing and sales materials such as datasheets, brochures, and blog content ‱ Support global consistency by managing regional variations, including translations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas ‱ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather input and validate content ‱ Use workflow tools (e.g., Asana or similar) to submit requests, track progress, and keep projects on schedule ‱ Review final deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements ‱ Proactively communicate status, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders ‱ Support internal alignment by helping coordinate materials for product launches and marketing updates

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or product marketing support (preferably in a B2B environment) ‱ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical or complex content ‱ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities ‱ Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating across teams ‱ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ‱ Experience supporting product marketing or technical product portfolios ‱ Familiarity with marketing workflows involving Creative, Digital, and regional teams ‱ Experience managing or coordinating marketing assets and content updates ‱ Exposure to tools such as CMS platforms or marketing systems (e.g., Aprimo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salsify, Asana, or similar)
