📋 Description

• Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and supporting documentation • Maintain and validate lease data within company systems • Process lease updates, amendments, and change requests • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors • Investigate and resolve lease-related issues, escalating complex matters as needed • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports • Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements • Identify opportunities to enhance client reporting and service delivery • Verify lease compliance, financial calculations, and expense accuracy • Reconcile outstanding balances and support accounts receivable collections • Calculate, invoice, and track tenant pass-through expenses • Review escrow reconciliations and process payments as required • Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives • Recommend enhancements to systems, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Bangalore • 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, real estate operations, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse audiences • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with lease administration and commercial real estate processes • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Bilingual language skills preferred • Experience with facility management or commercial real estate operations preferred • Experience working directly with clients, vendors, or landlords preferred
