• Assist in managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate revenue recognition aligned with ASC 606. • Support contract analysis to validate revenue recognition and compliance with terms. • Execute billing operations and monitor collections to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking. • Maintain and update revenue and KPI reports (ARR, churn, pipeline, bookings) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce close timelines. • Maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite. • Partner with sales, finance, and customer success to support forecasting and data aggregation. • Contribute to month-end close activities, reconciliations, and SOX compliance efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. • 2–4 years in revenue operations, billing, collections, or revenue recognition; SaaS or tech industry experience preferred. • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and Excel; advanced Excel skills are a plus. • Strong ability to analyze data and generate insights. • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. • High accuracy in managing financial data and processes. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
