📋 Description

• Design and evolve internal developer platforms, paved paths, reusable Terraform modules, deployment patterns, golden pipelines, and self-service capabilities • Design, operate, and continuously improve production environments across AWS and Azure • Manage Kubernetes workloads on EKS and AKS • Build secure, repeatable CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related tooling • Implement automated testing, policy controls, artifact management, GitOps, and rolling, blue/green, and canary deployments • Improve monitoring, metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, SLOs, incident response, disaster recovery, and operational readiness • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis • Reduce operational toil and automate recurring remediation • Partner with development, SRE, security, data, architecture, and FinOps stakeholders • Contribute to cloud architecture, DevSecOps, operational practices, cost optimization, and resilience • Mentor engineers, contribute to design reviews, and establish reusable engineering standards • Collaborate across teams and time zones • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations

🎯 Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related discipline • Approximately 8+ years of relevant experience is a helpful benchmark • Ownership of highly available production environments • Strong production experience with AWS and/or Azure • Hands-on expertise in cloud networking, identity and access management, secrets, certificates, security, scalability, and resilient architecture • Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code • Experience with reusable modules, environment provisioning, remote state, CI/CD integration, automated validation, security controls, and drift management • Production experience with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes • Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, EKS, AKS, Helm, Argo CD, Flux, or comparable platforms • Strong automation and operational engineering capabilities • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages • Experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or equivalent • Ability to troubleshoot across applications, infrastructure, networking, deployment pipelines, and cloud services • Ability to balance reliability, security, developer experience, scalability, and cost in engineering decisions • Clear communication in English • Effective collaboration in distributed, cross-functional teams • Knowledge sharing, mentoring, documentation, and contribution to technical standards • Experience with one or more of the listed additional technologies and practices is valuable • Portuguese language skills for collaboration in Brazil are helpful
