• Define and communicate clear program scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and success metrics. • Develop and manage integrated project plans spanning Commercial Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, and Product teams. • Champion disciplined execution leveraging Fortive Business System (FBS) tools, structured problem-solving, and visual management methodologies. • Provide visionary leadership for the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial systems and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and business priorities. • Establish and oversee robust program frameworks, governance structures, and executive communication plans to drive transparency, accountability, and results. • Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to synchronize delivery, ensuring readiness and adoption are tightly managed across all functions. • Serve as the central executive liaison for commercial systems transformation, aligning priorities and resources across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. • Facilitate decision-making and proactively resolve cross-functional dependencies that impact program timelines, quality, or adoption. • Lead knowledge transfer and continuity planning to ensure seamless transitions as key personnel evolve. • Lead organizational readiness initiatives, including executive communications, training programs, stakeholder engagement, and deployment support. • Ensure system, process, and workflow changes are understood, adopted, and measured across global commercial teams. • Partner with system owners to embed new ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, roadblocks, and resource gaps; implement effective escalation and resolution strategies. • Ensure consistent executive-level status reporting, KPI tracking, and performance updates. • Drive ongoing enhancements to processes, data flows, governance structures, and program methodologies. • Utilize analytics, adoption metrics, and user feedback to optimize system utilization and elevate commercial readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced credentials such as an MBA or PMP are strongly preferred. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs with significant business impact. • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving CRM, ERP, BI, SaaS, or other commercial platforms. • Deep expertise in commercial operations, with a strong understanding of workflows across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Support. • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience influencing and engaging Director, VP, and C-suite leaders. • Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable program plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. • Experience navigating complex environments with competing priorities, limited resources, and intricate dependencies. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including proficiency in leveraging metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights to communicate progress and drive decisions. • Familiarity with leading enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle ERP, Oracle Eloqua, and SaaS subscription systems. • Expertise in structured program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models). • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with IT and business teams, driving alignment, adoption, and organizational readiness. • Passion for elevating customer and employee experiences, with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. • Agility and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments; adept at adapting plans to evolving business priorities.
