📋 Description

• Participate in and execute entry-level department functions in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures • Collaborate with global colleagues from Marketing and Commercial on life sciences initiatives • Manage IT products used by Marketing and Commercial teams • Support AI projects within Product Management from discovery and user requirements through development with Agile teams/vendors to deployment using Azure DevOps • Participate in remote work during second shift hours, 2–11 PM IST • Assist with project documentation and reporting • Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprentice program

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree preferred • Some exposure to life sciences is desirable • Motivated problem-solver and creative thinker • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, global team • Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders and discuss complex areas • Strong interest in AI and healthcare innovation, including development of no-code tools based on Microsoft Copilot • Fascination with Agile Ways of Working, preferably with current or upcoming certification • Practical knowledge of Azure technologies, including Power Platform and Azure DevOps • General understanding of IT tools used in Marketing, including websites and marketing automation • General understanding of Sales tools, including CRM • Ability to participate in remote work during second shift hours, 2–11 PM IST
