📋 Description

• Develop and manage Investigator Grant Estimates (IGEs) for clinical trial opportunities • Create detailed study budgets using protocol requirements, schedules of events, and industry benchmarks • Partner with proposal teams and stakeholders to build competitive costing strategies for client proposals • Support budget revisions, rebids, and post-award grant management activities • Analyze historical study data to drive cost accuracy and market competitiveness • Serve as a trusted advisor for grant-related questions and budget discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Contribute to process improvements, operational excellence, and innovation across the grants management function

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industry • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing clinical trial budgets and investigator grants • Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills • Experience working with clinical trial cost structures and investigator fee models • Advanced Excel skills and experience with grants management systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
