📋 Description

• Leads and develops a team of Commercial analysts. • Responsible for high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights. • Combines people leadership, hands-on analytics, project management, and cross-functional partnership. • Drives process improvement, reporting standardization, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. • Highly effective communicator with strong storytelling and data visualization skills. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. • Strong understanding of commercial operations and market dynamics. • Advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire. • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, Power Query, automation, and modeling. • Advanced experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles involving business intelligence.
