📋 Description

• Handle incoming communications via phone, email, fax, and other channels • Provide accurate responses to healthcare professionals' and patients' medical information, product quality, and general inquiries • Receive, record, and report Adverse Drug Reactions in accordance with regulatory timelines and internal SOPs • Support data tracking, quality control, training support, and data reconciliation • Collaborate across departments • Maintain high standards of documentation and communication • Perform other assigned duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish at C1 level or higher is mandatory • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, MD, VET, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered • Relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, clinical data entry/management, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, or pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO quality assurance • Safety experience with processing AE/SAE reports, narrative generation, query management, safety databases, and regulatory submissions • Good grasp of regulatory guidelines, including ICH GCP and pharmacovigilance standards • High attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work as a team member and independently with moderate supervision
