• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5–10 years leading change for large-scale, global transformations • Experience creating digital communications (SharePoint, HTML, multimedia) • Strong ability to develop executive-level messaging and engagement materials • Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, preferred.
