📋 Description
• Responsible for the financial and operations oversight of clinical delivery across a portfolio of studies • Ensures that assigned clinical staff understand and perform consistently according to defined operational, financial, and quality performance and process standards • Maximizes contribution margin across clinical delivery through strong financial stewardship and accountability • Participates in risk management activities across the assigned portfolio of studies • Drives and supports and facilitates a learning organization • Engages with leadership to help drive and implement initiatives which aim to improve performance of the business • Attracts, selects, on-boards, develops and retains high performing talent
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 10 or more years of research and development and clinical research experience (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO) • 6 or more years in Drug Delivery Project Management • Broader level client relationships and business development experience • Demonstrated clinical delivery experience • Financial acumen in understanding and effectively contributing to a competitive study or program strategy which is profitable
