📋 Description

• Own the implementation of new process flows, rule changes, and logic updates within the third-party decision engine (e.g., Taktile). • Execute testing for new decisioning parameters and A/B tests to ensure accuracy before full deployment. • Running historical what-if simulations using historical observations in the decision engine. • Validate data flows between third-party vendors and internal core applications, ensuring stability and accuracy. • Collaborate with business stakeholders (Pricing, Risk, etc.) to document requirements for process improvements. • Help maintain documentation for business processes related to decision logic, A/B testing specifications, etc.. • Work closely with the technology and engineering teams to ensure that decision engine process flows are compatible with the Company’s core apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an analytical and product support function, preferably in FinTech, lending, or a high-growth financial services environment. • Direct experience working with and optimizing a decision engine (e.g. Taktile, FICO Blaze, Provenir, Lendflow, GDS Link or similar complex rules/scoring engines) is required. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel is required; experience with Python is a strong plus. • Familiarity with lending lifecycles (MCA, SMB, or Credit) or logic/rules engines is preferred but not required. • A proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and a willingness to learn technical systems. • Coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to engage in a high-growth environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
