📋 Description

• Provide inbound customer service for general funding questions • Support the Account Servicing Department • Handle balance inquiries, payoff information, and general payment support • Interact with internal and external customers by phone, online, in writing, and face-to-face • Handle document processing, validation, and the general inbox • Multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment • Reflect Forward Financing’s core values when interacting with customers and partners • Meet and exceed departmental KPIs and service level agreements • Report to the ASD Customer Support Manager • Collaborate with departments in the Santiago and Boston offices

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English fluency • Advanced Spanish fluency, both verbal and written • High school degree • Experience in service and customer support roles (nice to have) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good listening skills • Ability to communicate and network • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US (application question) • Must indicate whether future sponsorship will be required (application question)
