📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer contacts requiring advanced English and Spanish fluency • Respond to balance inquiries, payoff information, and general payment-support questions • Support the Account Servicing Department and collaborate across the organization • Provide phone, online, written, and face-to-face support to internal and external customers • Handle document processing, validation, and the general inbox • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment • Represent Forward Financing’s core values when interacting with customers and partners • Meet and exceed departmental KPIs and service-level agreements • Report to the ASD Customer Support Manager and collaborate with teams in the Santiago and Boston offices

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English fluency • High school degree • Experience in service and customer support roles (nice to have) • Customer-focused and service-oriented • Good listening skills and ability to see situations from others’ perspectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable communicating and networking • Flexible availability to work 11am–8pm EST • Legally authorized to work in the Dominican Republic • Successful background check, including criminal, education, and employment history • At least two professional references
