📋 Description

• Design and maintain automated end tests for our ecosystem of internal and external systems • Build evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features, defining what "good output" means, catching regressions in prompt behavior, and testing the non-determinism that comes with generative AI • Partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines so quality signals surface early, not at release time • Contribute to a growing quality culture, sharing testing practices with engineers, weighing in on architectural decisions, and helping set standards that will scale with the team • Foster a culture of quality ownership and shift-left testing practices across engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA or test engineering, with meaningful time spent in automation-first environments • Expert level proficiency in test automation including APIs and SPAs • Strong technical skills: ability to read code (Python, Golang, Ruby, TypeScript/React), understanding of software architecture, and experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) • Hands-on experience testing third-party implementations and Salesforce-adjacent integrations (API testing, data sync validation, workflow verification) • Genuine interest in AI and a desire to go deep on how to test it well and use it to test • A strong desire to own initiatives, collaborate with teammates and strengthen a business through quality products • Background in performance and load testing for high-volume transaction systems is a plus • Experience building relationships and collaborating with engineers and product managers • Comfort with the ambiguity that comes from building from zero to one • Deep curiosity and a self-starter attitude
