• Own creative strategy across a portfolio of DTC brands — becoming an expert in each brand’s voice, customer, and value props • Use platform insights, consumer psychology, and trend analysis to develop performance-led concepts • Write or refine ad copy: in-ad headlines, hooks, CTAs, and Meta primary text • Write clear, actionable creative briefs for static, animated, and video assets • Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure visuals align with strategy and messaging
• 2–4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or paid social creative development • Strong ad copywriting instincts with a proven ability to write punchy, conversion-focused messaging • Solid understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats and performance levers • Comfortable leading projects from research to briefing to QA and client review • Excellent communicator with experience presenting to both internal teams and clients
