• Lead the creation of strategic monthly content calendars to ensure engaging, relevant, and on-brand content across all social media platforms. • Oversee the scheduling and publishing of social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone. • Manage the development of high-quality social media content, ensuring adherence to client brand guidelines. • Monitor and manage the brand's social media channels, including direct messages, comments, and responses to maintain a consistent and professional brand voice. • Assist in developing platform-specific content where necessary. • Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including short-form reels, TikTok videos, and IG Stories. • Assist on UGC Creator strategies, identifying and engaging with creators who align with our brand and target audience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration. • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, implement, and monitor social media and influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives. • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns in weekly/monthly reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or brand environment. • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media and influencer marketing strategies. • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut), and scheduling software. • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, metrics, and analytics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders. • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize campaign
