📋 Description

• Conduct deep investigative analyses to better understand our users, uncover new insights, and drive decision making. • Propose, design, and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and continually improve our product experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, growth, and engineering, to solve business problems and improve user experiences. • Create data-apps and reporting to empower the teams you partner with to take action and make better decisions. • Communicate your results effectively, across an array of stakeholders and technical backgrounds. • Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and frameworks for analytics at Found.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Analytics or Data Science • Strong expertise with SQL and Python • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proven track record of driving business impact through proactive analyses. • Previous experience working at a fintech. • Previous startup experience. • Experience with bookkeeping or taxes and how it relates to self-employment.
