📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems • Translate complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear, scalable product specifications • Shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities to improve efficiency and patient outcomes • Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows, and interoperability challenges • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end-to-end user journey

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment • Strong healthcare technology background • Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) • Familiarity with pharmacy operations • Proven experience building AI-enabled products • Comfortable navigating technical, clinical, and operational domains
