• Provide comprehensive case management services to participants of various air quality programs • Perform in depth assessments to determine eligibility and qualification • Provide oversight of the entire case and link applicants to appropriate services • Follow up with applicants and partners as necessary • Document case outcomes using various software applications • Ensure full compliance with program guidelines, policies and procedures
• Experience in case management and/or evaluation, analysis and procedural compliance • Strong communication, prioritization, customer service, time management, multitasking, risk-management and outstanding analytical skills required • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
