📋 Description

• Serve as the Student Success leader across all three schools, ensuring consistency and fidelity of implementation • Directly supervise and manage Success Coaches including hiring input, onboarding, coaching, and performance management • Supervise and develop Success Coaches, including coaching, feedback, and performance management • Design, implement, and monitor Student Success programming aligned to onboarding and engagement frameworks • Lead and manage re-enrollment efforts across all three schools, ensuring a coordinated, data-driven approach to retaining students year over year • Partner with school leadership and Operations to execute re-enrollment campaigns, including communication plans, outreach to undecided/unknown families, and tracking of return intent • Act as a mentor and role model for staff, building a culture of accountability and student-centered support • Step in to support or backfill coaching responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Services, or related field (required) • 4+ years of experience in a K–12 educational setting (virtual experience preferred) • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing programs • Strong knowledge of student onboarding, student engagement strategies, and intervention systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities across schools in a fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
