📋 Description

• Understand users’ problems • Write code to solve users’ problems • Communicate with users and team members • Review other team members’ code • Continually improve code and understanding of code • Work independently and collaboratively, including pairing • Visit company sites to understand processes • Develop the skills of junior software engineers • Manage and develop junior and software engineers in the team • Build a software engineering function from scratch with a strong product focus • Work in a DevOps culture as a full-stack engineer

🎯 Requirements

• Previous industry experience • Ability to code in any language • Familiarity with a version control system • Previous experience working in industry • Product management interest • Good technical communication skills • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals • DevOps experience • Ideally, management experience • Ideally, knowledge of the technologies in the company’s stack • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including pairing • Ability to manage and develop junior and software engineers
