📋 Description
• Research and provide information on destinations, including flights, accommodations, attractions, and local customs • Develop customized itineraries based on client needs and preferences • Provide advice on travel requirements such as visas, passports, and vaccinations • Book all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours or transfers • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions • Maintain relationships with suppliers (airlines/hotels/car rentals) to ensure the best possible rates are obtained • Continually stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma/GED required • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service • Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications • Knowledgeable about popular tourism destinations worldwide • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
