📋 Description

• Monitor daily sprints, track progress across teams, manage tasks, and help facilitate Scrum of Scrums synchronization • Perform technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to support team decision-making • Write and maintain primarily Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or prototype solutions • Organize, analyze, and report data using advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured data sets • Provide high-level administrative assistance, manage schedules, prepare meeting summaries, and coordinate cross-functional tasks • Support executive and technical leadership by bridging technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience • Strong proficiency in Python and analytics • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and project tracking tools such as Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, or Trello • Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data manipulation • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently • Ability to draft documents read by leadership and external partners • Consistently accurate work with structured data and diligence to verify output • Ability to work with a manager 9.5 hours behind for part of the shift • Nice-to-have: experience with generative AI technologies and agentic workflows, including LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Sprints, Show, or Analytics
