📋 Description

• Improve Product processes, tools, and operating rituals • Support the planning and tracking of strategic initiatives • Monitor product metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators • Create dashboards, reports, and analyses to generate insights and support decision-making • Consolidate feedback and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement • Coordinate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations • Automate reports and operational activities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • Previous experience in Product, Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Design • Experience building dashboards and analyzing performance indicators • Analytical, data-driven mindset • Knowledge of product metrics, KPIs, and product development processes • Familiarity with project and product management tools • Experience working with AI • Process mapping and optimization experience • Knowledge of Figma • Knowledge of Apache Superset
