📋 Description

• Improve Product team processes, tools, and rituals. • Support the planning and tracking of strategic initiatives. • Monitor product metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators. • Create dashboards, reports, and analyses to generate insights and support decision-making. • Consolidate feedback and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. • Foster collaboration among Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams. • Automate reports and operational activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience in Product, Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Design. • Experience building dashboards and analyzing performance indicators. • Analytical, data-driven mindset. • Knowledge of product metrics, KPIs, and development processes. • Familiarity with project and product management tools. • Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI). • Experience mapping and optimizing processes. • Knowledge of Figma. • Knowledge of Superset.
