• Own a defined product surface area within Workforce Management or Inventory • Translate operational customer pain points into scalable product solutions • Prioritize and manage a clear backlog aligned to business KPIs • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer teams to deliver features on a predictable cadence • Engage directly with customers to understand workflow friction and operational constraints • Define success metrics at feature inception • Maintain transparency with stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes
• 4+ years in Product Management within SaaS or enterprise software • Experience in hospitality, workforce management, retail, or operational systems is strongly preferred • Experience with forecasting, automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus • Strong analytical thinking and user-first problem solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in Agile environments.
