Foxglove is a purpose-built infrastructure platform for Physical AI that enables robotics teams to collect, visualize, and manage large volumes of multimodal sensor and operational data to build, train, deploy, and operate reliable robots. The platform provides live and recorded data visualization, data serialization and management, SDKs and agents for importing and streaming data, integrations, extensibility (custom panels, APIs/CLI), and collaboration tools for debugging and accelerating development. Foxglove is positioned as a software solution used by robotics and autonomy companies to speed iteration, resolve issues, and scale fleets.

📋 Description

• Work closely with customer teams in Korean and English to understand goals, constraints, and technical needs • Design and build end-to-end solutions using TypeScript/React, Node.js, Python, ROS, SQL and/or Rust • Write clear scopes, timelines, and success measures from proof of concept to production • Code alongside customer engineers and deploy in cloud, on-premises, and offline environments • Install and update software at customer sites without internet access and write runbooks • Train customer teams and create documentation in Korean and English • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on shared accounts • Bring customer learnings back to product, design, and engineering • Document effective approaches and contribute to internal libraries • Help the Forward Deployed Engineering team support Korean customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience • Fluent Korean and fluent English, spoken and written • Experience running technical meetings with customer engineers and turning requests into scoped work • Track record of fast prototyping and step-by-step delivery with external stakeholders • Backend experience in Node.js, Python or Rust • Frontend experience in React/TypeScript • Docker experience and comfort deploying and supporting software on networks with no internet access • Ability to judge what to build and make it usable without a designer • Ability to work independently with a team 16 to 17 hours behind you • Comfortable working on site with customers in Korea when needed • Comfortable with up to 50% travel, including to Korea • Robotics or industrial automation experience, or a past deployed role, is a bonus • Must already have valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the country of employment, without employer sponsorship
