📋 Description
• Build ETL pipelines integrating LIMS, Signals, and laboratory instrument outputs • Develop SQL and R/Python scripts for analysis-ready datasets • Ensure data pipelines comply with GxP and regulated research standards • Support analytical chemistry teams with data transformation and automation • Maintain data integrity, traceability, and auditability • Collaborate with lab scientists to refine data and workflow requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Strong SQL plus Python or R • Experience with LIMS, Signals, or lab instrument data • Working knowledge of GxP and regulated scientific environments • Understanding of analytical, chemical, or experimental laboratory workflows • Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, or life sciences data standards • Domain Knowledge: Yes – healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, R&D, laboratory systems
