📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end EAM data migration workstreams for global/template roll-outs • Manage multi-cycle mock loads, rehearsal iterations, reconciliation, and final production cutovers • Design, build, and oversee data profiling, cleansing, and transformation logic using ETL tools • Apply EAM process expertise across Asset Lifecycle, Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Inventory/Parts Management • Translate business needs into audit-ready migration rules and mapping specifications • Conduct fit-gap analyses and assess source/target data quality • Establish data profiling and validation rules to minimize enterprise transition risks • Serve as the primary liaison among business leads, functional consultants, technical developers, and data governance teams • Drive integration strategy and bridge business processes with technical execution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading EAM/ERP transformation and large-scale data migration programs • Hands-on experience with at least one major EAM ecosystem: SAP PM / S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM/EBS • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data profiling, transformation, and validation • Hands-on experience using ETL/migration platforms such as DSP, SAP BODS, or similar enterprise data migration tooling • Expert understanding of Asset Master Data, Maintenance Master Data, Work Management structures, and Inventory/Materials setups • Demonstrated history of managing multi-cycle mock migration runs, error resolution, automated reconciliation, and go-live cutover plans • Exceptional written and spoken English skills • Proven ability to lead technical teams and present complex data strategies to business leadership
