📋 Description

• Design and develop Python-based analytical services and microservices supporting large-scale scientific data processing • Implement and maintain React/JavaScript SPA dashboards for exploring multi-modal scientific datasets • Build and optimize high-performance data workflows integrated with HPC, cloud services, and distributed systems • Collaborate with bioinformatics, data science, and research teams to translate requirements into fit-for-purpose engineering solutions • Ensure compliance with FAIR principles, data integrity, and security standards • Participate in agile development, code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD processes • Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python engineering • Strong experience with React + JavaScript (or TypeScript) • Background in data-heavy systems, pipelines, or distributed architectures • Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset—comfortable working with incomplete or evolving requirements • Ability to collaborate with scientists, analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams.
