📋 Description
• Build ETL pipelines ingesting laboratory instrument and experimental datasets • Develop SQL and NoSQL queries and schemas for scientific data • Implement and extend Allotrope Simple Models (JSON Schema) • Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to ensure data accessibility and quality • Support cloud, automation, and DevSecOps practices for data pipelines • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and scientific data standards
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT data engineering • Strong SQL and ETL pipeline development • Experience with NoSQL data models (document, graph) • Python programming • Understanding of FAIR principles, Allotrope models, or semantic data structures • Domain experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
